At Schöffel Country, we pride ourselves on the quality of our country wear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return any unworn products in their original packaging within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and indicate the reason for your return or the details of the item you wish to exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original condition with all tags attached, ensuring the completed returns form is placed inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid or standard postage label to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to a local post office or designated courier point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
